This train, organised by Past Time Rail, used ex-GWR 4-6-0 6024 ‘King Edward I’ from Bristol to Carmarthen and return on 25^th March 2006.

KE0601 / KE0601a show 6024 at Severn Tunnel Junction pulling away after a signal check having just emerged from the Severn Tunnel.

KE0602 :  the weather had severely deteriorated, and in pouring rain 6024 has just emerged from Cockett Tunnel at the summit of the 1 in 50 bank from Landore.
