Vintage Trains ‘Leander 70th Birthday Tour’

LMS ‘Jubilee’ 4-6-0 5690 ‘Leander’ on a return trip from Tyseley to Chester on 4^th March 2006.

LE1 : 5690 storms up the 1 in 80 Gresford Bank towards Wrexham on the return trip.

LE2 : After a water stop at Chick, 5690 accelerates across Chirk Viaduct silhouetted against the setting sun.  The aqueduct carrying the Llangollen Canal is in the foreground.
